sec.33 National professional standards
For section 235 (8) of the Act , definition national professional standards , the national professional standards prescribed are the professional standards for teachers approved by the Ministerial Council. In this section— Ministerial Council means the Council of Commonwealth, State and Territories Ministers with responsibility for school education, as it exists from time to time.
