sec.12C Prescribed entities— Act , s 230B
For section 230B (3) of the Act , the following entities are prescribed— an employing authority for a State school; an employing authority for a non-State school represented by CEQL; CEQL. s 12C ins 2019 Act No. 14 s 13 amd 2025 Act No. 24 s 39ZL
- (a) an employing authority for a State school;
- (b) an employing authority for a non-State school represented by CEQL;
- (c) CEQL.
