sec.67N Steps after making decision
As soon as practicable after making a decision under section 67M , the college must give the applicant notice of the decision. If the decision is to renew the certification, the notice must state the day the renewal takes effect. If the decision is to refuse to renew the certification, the notice must be an information notice for the decision. s 67N ins 2019 No. 14 s 4 (sec.67N-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after making a decision under section 67M , the college must give the applicant notice of the decision. (sec.67N-ssec.2) If the decision is to renew the certification, the notice must state the day the renewal takes effect. (sec.67N-ssec.3) If the decision is to refuse to renew the certification, the notice must be an information notice for the decision.
