sec.67E Steps after making decision under s 67D
As soon as practicable after making a decision under section 67D , the college must give the applicant— notice of the decision; and a report about the outcome of assessment stage 1. If the decision is that the certification application may not proceed to assessment stage 2, the notice must be an information notice for the decision. s 67E ins 2019 No. 14 s 4 (sec.67E-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after making a decision under section 67D , the college must give the applicant— notice of the decision; and a report about the outcome of assessment stage 1. (sec.67E-ssec.2) If the decision is that the certification application may not proceed to assessment stage 2, the notice must be an information notice for the decision.
