sec.61 Form of certificate of permission to teach
A certificate of permission to teach must be in the approved form. The approved form must provide for inclusion of the following— the approved teacher’s name; the period of the permission to teach; the teacher’s identification number; any conditions of the permission to teach. (sec.61-ssec.1) A certificate of permission to teach must be in the approved form. (sec.61-ssec.2) The approved form must provide for inclusion of the following— the approved teacher’s name; the period of the permission to teach; the teacher’s identification number; any conditions of the permission to teach.
- (a) the approved teacher’s name;
- (b) the period of the permission to teach;
