sec.60 Form of certificate of registration

A certificate of registration must be in the approved form. The approved form must provide for inclusion of the following— the registered teacher’s name; whether the teacher holds full registration or provisional registration; the teacher’s identification number; the period of the registration; the qualifications held by the teacher and— relied on by the teacher to obtain registration; or evidence of which has otherwise been given to the college; any conditions of the registration. (sec.60-ssec.1) A certificate of registration must be in the approved form. (sec.60-ssec.2) The approved form must provide for inclusion of the following— the registered teacher’s name; whether the teacher holds full registration or provisional registration; the teacher’s identification number; the period of the registration; the qualifications held by the teacher and— relied on by the teacher to obtain registration; or evidence of which has otherwise been given to the college; any conditions of the registration.
