sec.41 Amendment or imposition of conditions following a review
This section applies if the college reviews a condition of a person’s registration or permission to teach under section 40 . The college may decide to— impose a new condition on the person’s registration or permission to teach, if the college is reasonably satisfied the condition is necessary to ensure the person meets the eligibility requirements; or amend the reviewed condition other than under section 42 (1) ; or refuse to amend the reviewed condition as requested by the holder. If the college decides to do a thing mentioned in subsection (2) , as soon as practicable after making the decision the college must give the person an information notice about the decision. The decision takes effect on the day the information notice is given to the person or, if the notice states a later day of effect, the stated day of effect. (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies if the college reviews a condition of a person’s registration or permission to teach under section 40 . (sec.41-ssec.2) The college may decide to— impose a new condition on the person’s registration or permission to teach, if the college is reasonably satisfied the condition is necessary to ensure the person meets the eligibility requirements; or amend the reviewed condition other than under section 42 (1) ; or refuse to amend the reviewed condition as requested by the holder. - (a) impose a new condition on the person’s registration or permission to teach, if the college is reasonably satisfied the condition is necessary to ensure the person meets the eligibility requirements; or
- (b) amend the reviewed condition other than under section 42 (1) ; or
- (c) refuse to amend the reviewed condition as requested by the holder.
