sec.39 Application for review of condition
This section applies to a person— who is an approved teacher; and whose registration or permission to teach is subject to a condition, other than a condition imposed by a practice and conduct body. The person may make a written application to the college asking for the condition to be reviewed and amended or cancelled. s 39 amd 2016 No. 46 s 28 (sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies to a person— who is an approved teacher; and whose registration or permission to teach is subject to a condition, other than a condition imposed by a practice and conduct body.
