sec.371 Notices given to QCEC before commencement
This section applies if— before the commencement, a notice was given under section 241 in relation to the nomination of a person under former section 239(1)(c) or (i)(ii); and immediately before the commencement, the stated time within which a nomination could be made had not ended. The notice is taken to have been given to CEQL. s 371 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39ZH (sec.371-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a notice was given under section 241 in relation to the nomination of a person under former section 239(1)(c) or (i)(ii); and immediately before the commencement, the stated time within which a nomination could be made had not ended. (sec.371-ssec.2) The notice is taken to have been given to CEQL.
