sec.37 Requirements for application for restoration

The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by each of the following— documents or information, identified in the approved form, reasonably required by the college to decide the application; the restoration application fee prescribed under a regulation; the annual fee. The approved form may require disclosure of the person’s police information. If the approved form requires the disclosure of the person’s police information, the Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 does not apply to the disclosure.
