sec.368 Definitions for part
In this part— CEQL means Catholic Education Queensland Ltd ACN 689 899 223. former , in relation to a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement. new , in relation to a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement. QCEC means the Queensland Catholic Education Commission within the meaning of former section 239. s 368 ins 2025 No. 24 s 39ZH
