sec.365 Particular board members continue
A person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as a member of the board other than under section 239(1)(f) or 239(1)(k) continues as a member of the board on the same conditions as the conditions of the person’s appointment immediately before the commencement. This section applies despite amended section 239 . s 365 ins 2016 No. 46 s 137 (sec.365-ssec.1) A person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as a member of the board other than under section 239(1)(f) or 239(1)(k) continues as a member of the board on the same conditions as the conditions of the person’s appointment immediately before the commencement. (sec.365-ssec.2) This section applies despite amended section 239 .
