sec.362 Notice of referral to QCAT under s 50
This section applies if, before the commencement, the college gave a relevant teacher a notice under section 50(1) about a suspension under section 49. A reference in the notice to— a disciplinary matter is taken to be a reference to a practice and conduct matter; and a disciplinary action is taken to be a reference to a practice and conduct matter. s 362 ins 2016 No. 46 s 137 (sec.362-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the college gave a relevant teacher a notice under section 50(1) about a suspension under section 49. (sec.362-ssec.2) A reference in the notice to— a disciplinary matter is taken to be a reference to a practice and conduct matter; and a disciplinary action is taken to be a reference to a practice and conduct matter.
