sec.355 Delegation of functions
Section 264(1) is taken to have always included a power of the board to delegate a function of the board under the Act to a person mentioned in section 264(1)(a) to (d). Section 264(2) is taken to have always included a power of the chairperson of the board to delegate a function of the chairperson under the Act to an appropriately qualified person. s 355 ins 2016 No. 46 s 137 (sec.355-ssec.1) Section 264(1) is taken to have always included a power of the board to delegate a function of the board under the Act to a person mentioned in section 264(1)(a) to (d).
