sec.354 Definitions for part
In this part— amended , in relation to a provision of the Act , means the provision as in force after the commencement. disciplinary proceedings means disciplinary proceedings under the unamended Act. previous , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force before the commencement. unamended Act means the Act as in force before the commencement. s 354 ins 2016 No. 46 s 137
