sec.329 Professional development
On the commencement of this section— a CPL framework under the pre-amended Act is taken to be a CPD framework; and a reference in an Act or document to continuing professional learning in relation to a CPL framework may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to continuing professional development; and a reference in an Act or document to a professional learning program for returning to teaching may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a professional development program. In subsection (1)— pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Education Legislation Amendment Act 2008 , part 2. s 329 ins 2008 No. 1 s 7 (sec.329-ssec.1) On the commencement of this section— a CPL framework under the pre-amended Act is taken to be a CPD framework; and a reference in an Act or document to continuing professional learning in relation to a CPL framework may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to continuing professional development; and a reference in an Act or document to a professional learning program for returning to teaching may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a professional development program. (sec.329-ssec.2) In subsection (1)— pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Education Legislation Amendment Act 2008 , part 2.
