sec.328 Continuation of existing guidelines
This section applies to guidelines— made by the former board under section 42F of the repealed Act; and in force immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the guidelines are taken to be guidelines about dealing with relevant personal information made by the college under section 284. The guidelines apply under this Act with any necessary changes.
