sec.318 Particular higher education courses taken to be approved preservice teacher education programs
This section applies to a course of preservice teacher education, or a post-graduate course of preservice teacher education, within the meaning of the former by-law— provided by a higher education entity before the commencement; and that was recognised by the former board as a prescribed course of higher education under the former by-law. On the commencement, the course is taken to be a preservice teacher education program approved by the college under section 236. (sec.318-ssec.1) This section applies to a course of preservice teacher education, or a post-graduate course of preservice teacher education, within the meaning of the former by-law— provided by a higher education entity before the commencement; and that was recognised by the former board as a prescribed course of higher education under the former by-law. (sec.318-ssec.2) On the commencement, the course is taken to be a preservice teacher education program approved by the college under section 236.
- (a) provided by a higher education entity before the commencement; and
- (b) that was recognised by the former board as a prescribed course of higher education under the former by-law.
