sec.308 Proceedings for offences against repealed Act
Proceedings for an offence against the repealed Act may be continued or started by the college. For subsection (1), the repealed Act continues to apply, with any necessary changes, as if it had not been repealed. This section is not limited by the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20. (sec.308-ssec.1) Proceedings for an offence against the repealed Act may be continued or started by the college.
