sec.306 Former board’s annual report for 2005
The college must prepare the annual report required under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977 , section 46J, and otherwise comply with the former board’s obligations under the section, in relation to the operations of the former board for its financial year ending on 31 December 2005. Section 7(4) of the repealed Act continues to apply in relation to the annual report mentioned in subsection (1). (sec.306-ssec.1) The college must prepare the annual report required under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977 , section 46J, and otherwise comply with the former board’s obligations under the section, in relation to the operations of the former board for its financial year ending on 31 December 2005. (sec.306-ssec.2) Section 7(4) of the repealed Act continues to apply in relation to the annual report mentioned in subsection (1).
