sec.305 Former board’s budget for 2006
This section applies to a budget for the year ending on 31 December 2006 that is adopted by the former board, and approved by the Minister, under section 25 of the repealed Act. The budget is taken to have been adopted by the new board, and approved by the Minister, under section 269 for the new board’s 2006 financial year.
