sec.289A Panel of registered health professionals to be kept
The college must keep a panel of appropriately qualified registered health practitioners who may conduct health assessments of relevant teachers or be appointed to the PC&TC committee. The panel may be kept in the way the college considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form. The panel must contain the following for each registered health practitioner— the registered health practitioner’s name; the registered health practitioner’s business address. s 289A ins 2016 No. 46 s 134 (sec.289A-ssec.1) The college must keep a panel of appropriately qualified registered health practitioners who may conduct health assessments of relevant teachers or be appointed to the PC&TC committee. (sec.289A-ssec.2) The panel may be kept in the way the college considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form. (sec.289A-ssec.3) The panel must contain the following for each registered health practitioner— the registered health practitioner’s name; the registered health practitioner’s business address.
- (a) the registered health practitioner’s name;
- (b) the registered health practitioner’s business address.
