sec.271 Performance of college
The Minister has the responsibility to ensure the college operates to best practice standards. To help the Minister discharge the responsibility, the college must report to the Minister, when and in the way required by the Minister, on the efficiency, effectiveness, economy and timeliness of the college and its systems and processes, including operational processes. The college must comply with a ministerial request under this section. (sec.271-ssec.1) The Minister has the responsibility to ensure the college operates to best practice standards.
