sec.269 Budget
The college must, for each financial year, develop, adopt and submit to the Minister a budget by the day the Minister directs. A budget has no effect until approved by the Minister. During a financial year, the college may develop, adopt and submit to the Minister amendments to its approved budget for the financial year. An amendment has no effect until approved by the Minister. (sec.269-ssec.1) The college must, for each financial year, develop, adopt and submit to the Minister a budget by the day the Minister directs. (sec.269-ssec.2) A budget has no effect until approved by the Minister. (sec.269-ssec.3) During a financial year, the college may develop, adopt and submit to the Minister amendments to its approved budget for the financial year. (sec.269-ssec.4) An amendment has no effect until approved by the Minister.
