sec.264 Delegation
The board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act to any of the following— a member of the board; a committee of the board; the director; an appropriately qualified member of the office’s staff. The chairperson of the board may delegate the chairperson’s functions under this Act to any appropriately qualified person. In this section— functions includes powers. s 264 amd 2009 No. 40 s 33 ; 2016 No. 46 s 120 (sec.264-ssec.1) The board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act to any of the following— a member of the board; a committee of the board; the director; an appropriately qualified member of the office’s staff. (sec.264-ssec.2) The chairperson of the board may delegate the chairperson’s functions under this Act to any appropriately qualified person. (sec.264-ssec.3) In this section— functions includes powers.
