sec.262 Requirement for board approval before college enters into agreements
Before the college enters into an agreement, the board must have first passed a resolution to enter into the agreement. However, failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the agreement. (sec.262-ssec.1) Before the college enters into an agreement, the board must have first passed a resolution to enter into the agreement. (sec.262-ssec.2) However, failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the agreement.
