sec.26 Period and renewal of full registration

The period of full registration is 5 years from the day the college grants the registration. However, if the person to whom the registration is granted was the holder of provisional registration, the period of the full registration is reduced by the period for which the person held the provisional registration. A person holds provisional registration for 1 year before being granted full registration. The initial period of the person’s full registration would be 4 years. At the end of the period of the registration, the registration ends. However, if an application for renewal of the registration is made before the period of the registration ends, the registration is taken to continue until the application is decided. Full registration may be renewed for further periods of 5 years. (sec.26-ssec.1) The period of full registration is 5 years from the day the college grants the registration.
