sec.25D Definition for div 1
In this division— previously-provided police information , for a person who applies, under section 28 , for renewal of full registration or permission to teach, means information that— relates to the person; and was given to the college under section 15 or 15A before the person applied for the renewal. s 25D ins 2014 No. 62 s 130
- (a) relates to the person; and
- (b) was given to the college under section 15 or 15A before the person applied for the renewal.
