sec.242 Term of appointment of members
The member of the board appointed as its chairperson may be appointed as a member for a term of not more than 4 years. Any other member of the board may be appointed for a term of not more than 3 years. This section is subject to section 243 . (sec.242-ssec.1) The member of the board appointed as its chairperson may be appointed as a member for a term of not more than 4 years.
