sec.224 Proceedings in the name of the college
Proceedings in a court may be taken and prosecuted in the name of the college by— the chairperson of the board; or another person authorised for that purpose by the chairperson.
- (a) the chairperson of the board; or
- (b) another person authorised for that purpose by the chairperson.
