sec.221 Appointments and authority
It is not necessary to prove— the appointment of any of the following persons or entities— the Minister; the chief executive; the chairperson or another member of the board; the director; an investigator; the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or the authority of any of the following persons or entities to do anything under this Act— the Minister; the chief executive; the college; the board; the director; an investigator; the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or the authority of a person mentioned in section 224 (b) to take and prosecute proceedings under this Act. s 221 amd 2009 No. 24 s 248
- (a) the appointment of any of the following persons or entities— (i) the Minister; (ii) the chief executive; (iii) the chairperson or another member of the board; (iv) the director; (v) an investigator; (vi) the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or
- (i) the Minister;
- (ii) the chief executive;
- (iii) the chairperson or another member of the board;
- (iv) the director;
- (v) an investigator;
- (vi) the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or
- (b) the authority of any of the following persons or entities to do anything under this Act— (i) the Minister; (ii) the chief executive; (iii) the college; (iv) the board; (v) the director; (vi) an investigator; (vii) the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or
- (i) the Minister;
- (ii) the chief executive;
- (iii) the college;
- (iv) the board;
- (v) the director;
- (vi) an investigator;
- (vii) the PP&C committee or a member of the PP&C committee; or
- (c) the authority of a person mentioned in section 224 (b) to take and prosecute proceedings under this Act.
- (i) the Minister;
- (ii) the chief executive;
