sec.212 College’s decision
This section applies if the review committee makes a recommendation under section 211 (4) . After considering the review committee’s recommendation, the college must make a further decision (also a review decision ) to do any of the following— confirm the original decision; amend the original decision; substitute another decision for the original decision. For a review under part 2 — if the review decision confirms the original decision—the original decision is taken to be the review decision; or if the review decision amends the original decision—the original decision as amended is taken to be the review decision; or if the review decision substitutes another decision for the original decision—the substituted decision is taken to be the review decision. s 212 amd 2009 No. 24 s 241 ; 2016 No. 46 s 112 (sec.212-ssec.1) This section applies if the review committee makes a recommendation under section 211 (4) . (sec.212-ssec.2) After considering the review committee’s recommendation, the college must make a further decision (also a review decision ) to do any of the following— confirm the original decision; amend the original decision; substitute another decision for the original decision.
