sec.210 Applying for review
The application must be made within 28 days after— if the person or entity is given an information notice about the decision—the day the person or entity is given the information notice; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person or entity otherwise becomes aware of the decision. The college may, at any time, extend the time for applying for the review. The application for review must be in the approved form and state fully the grounds of the application.
