sec.175 Appointment
The college may appoint any of the following persons as an investigator— a member of the office’s staff; a member of the board; another person the college considers appropriate to be appointed as an investigator. However, the college may appoint a person as an investigator only if it is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience. More than 1 investigator may be appointed for an investigation. s 175 amd 2009 No. 40 s 30 (sec.175-ssec.1) The college may appoint any of the following persons as an investigator— a member of the office’s staff; a member of the board; another person the college considers appropriate to be appointed as an investigator.
