sec.173 Functions of investigator
An investigator has the functions of carrying out and reporting on the investigation for which the investigator was appointed. An investigation may relate to— a practice and conduct matter; or monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act, either generally or in relation to a particular matter. s 173 amd 2016 No. 46 s 104 (sec.173-ssec.1) An investigator has the functions of carrying out and reporting on the investigation for which the investigator was appointed. (sec.173-ssec.2) An investigation may relate to— a practice and conduct matter; or monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act, either generally or in relation to a particular matter.
