sec.170 Office to keep record of practice and conduct proceedings
The office must keep a record of all practice and conduct proceedings before the PC&TC committee. The record must include— details of the decisions made by the PC&TC committee in relation to the proceedings; and the reasons for the decisions. s 170 amd 2009 No. 24 s 236; 2016 No. 46 s 102 (sec.170-ssec.1) The office must keep a record of all practice and conduct proceedings before the PC&TC committee.
