sec.165 Requirement to notify particular interstate regulatory authorities about decision
The college must, as soon as practicable after QCAT makes a decision about practice and conduct proceedings against a relevant teacher, give notice of the decision to interstate regulatory authorities with which the college is aware the teacher is registered. s 165 amd 2009 No. 24 s 230 ; 2016 No. 46 s 99
