sec.159 Ending of suspension if ground for disciplinary action not established
This section applies if— QCAT decides no ground for disciplinary action against the relevant teacher has been established; and the relevant teacher’s registration or permission to teach is suspended under section 48 or 49 . QCAT must end the suspension. s 159 amd 2009 No. 24 s 223 ; 2010 No. 5 s 194 (sec.159-ssec.1) This section applies if— QCAT decides no ground for disciplinary action against the relevant teacher has been established; and the relevant teacher’s registration or permission to teach is suspended under section 48 or 49 . (sec.159-ssec.2) QCAT must end the suspension.
- (a) QCAT decides no ground for disciplinary action against the relevant teacher has been established; and
- (b) the relevant teacher’s registration or permission to teach is suspended under section 48 or 49 .
