sec.138 Attendance and appearance at hearing
Any of the following persons may appear at the hearing to present evidence to, or help, QCAT— a lawyer; a member of the board; a member of the office’s staff. Also, if the matter originated from a complaint, the complainant may attend the hearing. s 138 amd 2009 No. 24 s 214 (sec.138-ssec.1) Any of the following persons may appear at the hearing to present evidence to, or help, QCAT— a lawyer; a member of the board; a member of the office’s staff. (sec.138-ssec.2) Also, if the matter originated from a complaint, the complainant may attend the hearing.
