sec.12K Deemed withdrawal—other circumstances
An eligibility applicant is taken to have withdrawn the applicant’s eligibility application if the applicant— is charged with a serious offence or a disqualifying offence; or becomes an excluded person. s 12K ins 2011 No. 39 s 15 amd 2024 No. 50 s 140 sch 1
- (a) is charged with a serious offence or a disqualifying offence; or
- (b) becomes an excluded person.
