sec.121 Power of PC&TC committee to continue practice and conduct proceedings without receiving relevant teacher’s submission
This section applies if the relevant teacher does not— make a written submission about the ground for disciplinary action as stated in a notice given to the relevant teacher by the PC&TC committee under section 118 ; or give information as required under section 120 . The committee may— continue the practice and conduct proceedings; and make a decision about whether the ground for disciplinary action is established. s 121 amd 2016 No. 46 s 83 (sec.121-ssec.1) This section applies if the relevant teacher does not— make a written submission about the ground for disciplinary action as stated in a notice given to the relevant teacher by the PC&TC committee under section 118 ; or give information as required under section 120 . (sec.121-ssec.2) The committee may— continue the practice and conduct proceedings; and make a decision about whether the ground for disciplinary action is established.
