sec.119 Substituted service on relevant teacher or complainant
The PC&TC committee may order substituted service of a notice under section 118 on the relevant teacher or the complainant (if any), if the committee is satisfied service can not be effected on the person. Substituted service may be effected in any way ordered, including, for example, by facsimile or telephone. If the relevant teacher or complainant is served with a notice as ordered by the committee under subsection (1) , the notice is taken to have been given to the person under section 118 . s 119 amd 2016 No. 46 s 80 (sec.119-ssec.1) The PC&TC committee may order substituted service of a notice under section 118 on the relevant teacher or the complainant (if any), if the committee is satisfied service can not be effected on the person. (sec.119-ssec.2) Substituted service may be effected in any way ordered, including, for example, by facsimile or telephone. (sec.119-ssec.3) If the relevant teacher or complainant is served with a notice as ordered by the committee under subsection (1) , the notice is taken to have been given to the person under section 118 .
