This part applies in relation to— a general matter referred to QCAT by the college under section 97 ; or a PC&TC matter referred to QCAT by the PC&TC Committee under chapter 6 , part 1 . s 105 sub 2009 No. 24 s 196 amd 2016 No. 46 s 62
