sec.45 Other meetings
General meetings of an association must be held at least 3 times a semester at the times the association decides. Subsection (1) does not apply to an association during the year in which it is formed. A quorum for a general meeting of an association is— if the association’s constitution has the effect that less than 7 association members is a quorum for a general meeting of the association—the lesser number of association members; or otherwise—7 association members. A quorum for a special meeting of an association is— if the association’s constitution has the effect that less than 7 association members is a quorum for a special meeting of the association—the lesser number of association members; or otherwise—7 association members.
