sec.85 Official members
The official members of a school council for a State school are— the school’s principal; and if there is an association formed for the school—the association’s president. An official member of a school council is not eligible to be an elected member, or appointed member, of the council. s 85 amd 2025 No. 24 s 18 (uncommenced amendment) (sec.85-ssec.1) The official members of a school council for a State school are— the school’s principal; and if there is an association formed for the school—the association’s president. (sec.85-ssec.2) An official member of a school council is not eligible to be an elected member, or appointed member, of the council.
- (a) the school’s principal; and
- (b) if there is an association formed for the school—the association’s president.
