sec.79 Establishment
Subject to section 109 (6) and (7) , the chief executive may, by notice in the gazette, establish a school council for a State school. A school council established under subsection (1) may have functions only about the school for which the council is established. s 79 amd 2025 No. 24 s 40 sch 1 pt 2 (uncommenced amendment) (sec.79-ssec.1) Subject to section 109 (6) and (7) , the chief executive may, by notice in the gazette, establish a school council for a State school.
