sec.60 Basic allocation
If a student begins schooling in the preparatory year at a State school, the student has the basic allocation determined from the start of the calendar year in which the student begins schooling. s 60 amd 2006 No. 39 s 512 (3) sch 3 sub 2013 No. 37 s 12
