sec.546 Child’s eligibility to be provisionally registered or registered for home education
From the commencement— new section 206 applies in relation to a child’s eligibility to be provisionally registered or registered for home education, whether the registration takes effect before or after the commencement; and new section 229A applies in relation to the ending of the child’s registration. s 546 ins 2025 No. 24 s 15
