sec.541 Distance education fees for 2014 and 2015 school years not payable by particular persons
This section applies for a person who— immediately before the commencement— was a person mentioned in section 52(1)(a); and lived in a State other than Queensland; and during the 2014 school year, enrols, or has enrolled, in a program of distance education at a State school for the 2015 school year. Section 52(2) and (3) does not apply to the person for the 2014 and 2015 school years. s 541 ins 2014 No. 62 s 127 (sec.541-ssec.1) This section applies for a person who— immediately before the commencement— was a person mentioned in section 52(1)(a); and lived in a State other than Queensland; and during the 2014 school year, enrols, or has enrolled, in a program of distance education at a State school for the 2015 school year. (sec.541-ssec.2) Section 52(2) and (3) does not apply to the person for the 2014 and 2015 school years.
- (a) immediately before the commencement— (i) was a person mentioned in section 52(1)(a); and (ii) lived in a State other than Queensland; and
- (i) was a person mentioned in section 52(1)(a); and
- (ii) lived in a State other than Queensland; and
- (b) during the 2014 school year, enrols, or has enrolled, in a program of distance education at a State school for the 2015 school year.
