sec.536 Reviews of particular existing directions

This section applies if— a person was given a direction under section 337, 340 or 349 of the pre-amended Act; and immediately before the commencement, the person— had applied for a review of the direction and the application had not been decided; or was entitled to apply for a review of the direction but had not applied. The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to— the direction; and any application for a review of the direction; and See also sections 338 and 397 of the pre-amended Act. the confirming, cancelling, amending, setting aside, substituting or returning of the direction (a review decision ); and the giving of, or the failure to give, notice of the review decision.
